Chelsea who easily defeated Walsall 4-1 on Wednesday night will now travel to the Britannia Stadium while Manchester United will take on Championship promotion favourite Middlesbrough after beating Ipswich 3-0 at Old Trafford.
Arsenal will face Sheffield Wednesday after winning the north London derby against Tottenham on Wednesday night. The Gunners claimed a 2-1 victory over their rivals courtesy of a Mathieu Flamini brace.
Liverpool, who needed penalties to get the better of League Two side Carlisle United, will play Bournemouth at Anfield.
Premier League leaders Manchester City, who earned a convincing 4-1 win over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Tuesday, will face Crystal Palace.
In another all-Premier League clash, Southampton - who beat MK Dons 6-0 - were drawn to meet Aston Villa at St Mary's.
Everton were handed their first home tie of this season's competition and will play Norwich at Goodison Park after coming from behind to beat Reading.
Steve Bruce's Hull, who dumped Swansea out in the third round, will host Leicester City who claimed an extra-time win over West Ham.
