Champions Bayern Munich hammered VfL Wolfsburg 5-1 on Wednesday in the German Bundesliga. All of Bayern's goals were scored by Polish striker VFRobert Lewandowski who surprisingly was only a second half substitute brought on as wolfsburg lead 1-0.
The victory moves Pep Guardiola's Bayern to the top of the league standings, two points ahead of Borussia Dortmund who could only manaage a 1-1 draw at Hoffenheim.
